How to Use the StrapUp 360

How to use your Strap-Up 360 attached to the door

Using the StrapUp 360 while attached to the door offers resistance with your own body weight. You can place your body on the inside or outside of the circle. There are options to use it as a single strap, 2 separate straps or even hands free.  It is best to get professional guidance either through our instructional videos, Virtual Studio (Membership required) or Zoom Coaching Session for personal assistance.

How to use your Strap-Up 360 attached to an anchor in the ceiling or wall

Using the StrapUp 360 while attached to the door offers resistance with your own body weight. You can place your body on the inside or outside of the circle. There are options to use it as a single strap, 2 separate straps or even hands free.  It is best to get professional guidance either through our instructional videos, Virtual Studio (Membership required) or Zoom Coaching Session for personal assistance.

How to use your Strap-Up 360 Unattached

Your StrapUp 360 can be used unanchored or completely unattached to anything for a versatile free flow workout.    Using it as a resistance strap you can work on balance against yourself to create an opposing stretch.   Another use of the unanchored strap can be creative floor work using the strap as a light weight which is also useful for those doing a chair workout.  As an added benefit it makes a great jump rope for a higher cardio workout.

Installing your strap

Easily install the StrapUp 360 using the Ruby Tower Anchor Strap.  This strap loops over your StrapUp and then slides through the door frame at the hinge side of the door. Pull the strap towards you to secure, close the door and you are ready to go.  Please test the strap before using all your weight to be sure it is seated correctly in the door and will not slip.  Click here to see video.
