Return Policy For StrapUp 360, Suspended CrossTraining

Our StrapUp 360 is guaranteed for defects.  

We will replace or refund your purchase price less Shipping within 14 days of purchase.  TheStrapUp 360 must  be in good condition.  We do not warranty against , cuts with a sharp object, misuse of the Strap, carelessness  or outdoor damage.

All Return requests  must include:

Reason for return

Purchase date

name and contact information

Pictures of defect 

Return request is verified and accepted by Customer service representative we will  replace it with a new StrapUp 360.  If a  refund is requested upon approval we will refund purchase price less Shipping costs within 30 days.    .
