4 Week Online Boot Camp
If you are just getting started or restarted on a fitness adventure this level is for you. We will walk you through techniques and exercise phrases set to music. Our Instructors will guide you with helpful hints, suggestions and build slowly so that you can achieve your goals.
We have you covered every step of the way. We are here to listen, advise, zoom and answer questions to make your journey safe, fun and achievable.
4 Week Boot Camp
The Beginner level is great for people who currently exercise but are looking for a consistent program.
You will need to be able to plank and get to the floor and back to standing. If you cannot do this please start with Fundamental Level.
4 Week class
1 This intermediate level movement class emphasizes Modern Dance concepts and movement techniques highlighted through the joy of motion. Specifically, the class uses the philosophy of ‘Contraction and Release’ of the torso as a catalyst for movement as per American Modern Dance pioneer May O’Donnell.
1 hour class
$20 drop in
$60 per 4 sessions
Wednesdays 5:45 - 6:45pm
4 - 30 minute sessions
Continuity is important in any Dance or Fitness program. Our Coaching with Sabatino is no different. This program includes 4 - 30 minute sessions. It suggest 1 or 2 sessions per week.
